We are looking for a Sr. Scrum Master to be part of an innovative and creative product team, who understands SaaS solutions as a guide to the future. We offer enterprise solutions to think and to develop organizations.

What will you be doing?
- Lead the Scrum Teams by empowering them through Scrum practices and enabling them to become a high-performing team
- Drive cross-team collaboration to support dependency management and improve end-to-end flow across multiple teams
- Ensure the team builds what our customers need by facilitating alignment between product vision, development, and delivery
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices to foster a lean and continuous improvement mindset
- Support the team to identify and remove impediments that impact their progress and delivery
- Facilitate conflict resolution and constructive team dynamics to promote a psychologically safe and collaborative environment
- As part of the team leadership with the Product Owner and Tech Lead, as well as Tribe leadership with the Engineering Manager and Product Leads, you are expected to be an active challenger and close sparring partner. You will be a close ally of the Organization Leadership team too
What are we looking for
- Extensive knowledge on Agility, with the ability to pragmatically adapt theory to the specific needs and context of the organization
- Someone who champions the Agile mindset and fosters openness, trust, and a strong focus on value and quality
- High experience on leading Agile product development with a deep understanding of the life cycle of software products
- Strong communicator who addresses challenges in a solution-oriented and pragmatic way
- Experience as a Sparring Partner and Challenger to team and tribe leaders
- Fluent in English

We work from home a lot, but we ask you to come to the office at least 12 days per quarter those are team days, we ask you just to come to meet your lovely team and discuss face to face important topics, and enjoy some of our services at the offices!
And on top of that, you'll have an 8-week per year allowance to work full-remote maybe you want to work from another city!
If your team decides to come on Tuesdays, you will have the chance to get a physiotherapist session for 30 minutes for free of course, that's on us!

What does the Recruitment Process look like?

- On your second call, you'll speak to our HR team. If there's a mutual fit, we'll send you a case study to showcase your skills and approach
