Job Title: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Contract)

Location: Remote

Rate: Up to £750 per day

Duration: 3 months initially (Discovery Phase)

IR35 Status: Outside IR35


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to aid our client for an initial 3-month contract during the discovery phase of a major transformation programme. This is a high-impact role suited to a seasoned consultant with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, and a strong understanding of HR and Finance integration.


  • Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Employee Central.
  • Configure core HR components including wage types, absences, pensions, and master data.
  • Ensure seamless integration with SAP Finance systems (ECC/S4HANA) and alignment of company codes.
  • Maintain data consistency across SAP, ECP, and SuccessFactors platforms.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, HR, and IT teams to streamline and optimise HR processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues, including user ID mismatches and integration gaps.
  • Support the setup and configuration of the Payroll Control Center.
  • Deliver insights through reporting and analytics.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central and related HR modules.
  • Solid understanding of SAP Finance integration and data architecture.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, discovery-led environment.
