Senior SAP S4 PMO Lead - 8+ months - freelance/temporary

We are looking for an SAP S/4HANA PMO Lead to join a global Enterprise Technology client of ours. This role will lead PMO governance, planning, reporting, and execution oversight across a large SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. You will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP leads, technical teams, and third-party partners to ensure successful programme delivery, risk management, and executive-level transparency.

Requirements:
 
. Proven experience leading PMO activities for an end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programme. Ideally for companies in the process industry/FMCG.
. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA deployment approaches, including Greenfield, Brownfield, and Selective Data Transition.
. Experience managing global, cross-functional teams across business and technology workstreams.
. Strong stakeholder management, governance, budgeting, risk management, and executive reporting capabilities.
. Familiarity with project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and SAP Activate.
. PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate, or similar project management certifications are highly desirable.
. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
. Experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation programmes and senior stakeholder decision-making.
