Senior SAP Project Manager (S/4HANA)

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to support a strategic SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. This role offers the opportunity to lead a large-scale initiative focused on consolidating multiple legal entities into a single SAP ERP landscape.

Location: Zurich & Bern, Switzerland (Candidate MUST live in Switzerland)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: Until February 2027
Workload: 80-100%
Working Arrangement: Primarily onsite with limited remote flexibility

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.
• Define and drive the SAP blueprint for the integration of multiple companies into a unified SAP ERP environment.
• Manage project planning, timelines, milestones, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and internal IT teams.
• Ensure effective project governance, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of SAP Project Management experience.
• Proven track record delivering SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Strong functional understanding of SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO).
• Experience within SAP Sales & Logistics is advantageous.
• Native/fluent-level German and fluent English language skills.
• Candidates must be currently residing in Switzerland.
• Willingness to work onsite for the majority of the assignment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the Swiss Public Sector.
• PMP and/or SAP Activate certification.
• French language skills.
