  • Act as a subject matter expert, guiding key users and ensuring adherence to global templates and governance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including logistics, development, and support to deliver high-quality results.
  • Support testing, training, documentation, and system acceptance across multiple sites
  • Define and implement secure user roles and authorisations.
  • Mentor and guide other SAP Logistics team members and act as a point of reference for SAP WM/EWM best practices.
  • Participate in international projects and provide post-go-live support.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM (Embedded), Inventory Management, and Stock Room Management.
  • Ability to read, write & de bug ABAP
  • Integration with SAP PP is very nice to have
  • Strong configuration skills and technical know-how - you're as comfortable discussing architecture and debugging with developers as you are talking business process.

  • Familiarity with warehouse automation systems is a plus.
  • Confident working with handheld devices and warehouse-related IT hardware.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a bonus).
  • Able to work independently and as part of an international, multicultural team.
  • Comfortable mentoring colleagues and influencing stakeholders.

  • Full-time Hybrid (3 days onsite in Antwerp)
  • Up to €95,000 + Bonus + Company Car & Fuel Card, Insurances, Meal vouchers etc.
  • 32 Days Holiday International Scope Long-Term Opportunity
