Senior SAP EWM Consultant - Antwerp

A global materials company headquartered near Antwerp is seeking a highly skilled Technical SAP EWM Consultant to join their internal SAP team. This is a hybrid role, offering two days per week working from home and excellent benefits and compensation.
You'll play a key role in global SAP projects, acting both as a hands-on technical expert and as a functional lead, driving end-to-end EWM implementations and improvements across multiple international sites.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of SAP solutions across Extended Warehouse Management (Embedded), Stock Room Management, and Inventory Management.
- Be part of the EWM migration from ECC to S/4HANA
- Translate business needs into scalable, standardized solutions-balancing configuration with smart customisation where needed.
- Act as a subject matter expert, guiding key users and ensuring adherence to global templates and governance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including logistics, development, and support to deliver high-quality results.
- Support testing, training, documentation, and system acceptance across multiple sites
- Define and implement secure user roles and authorisations.
- Mentor and guide other SAP Logistics team members and act as a point of reference for SAP WM/EWM best practices.
- Participate in international projects and provide post-go-live support.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM (Embedded), Inventory Management, and Stock Room Management.
- Ability to read, write & de bug ABAP
- Integration with SAP PP is very nice to have
- Strong configuration skills and technical know-how - you're as comfortable discussing architecture and debugging with developers as you are talking business process.
- Previous experience in full-cycle SAP implementations (at least one in a lead or architect role).
- Familiarity with warehouse automation systems is a plus.
- Confident working with handheld devices and warehouse-related IT hardware.
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a bonus).
- Able to work independently and as part of an international, multicultural team.
- Comfortable mentoring colleagues and influencing stakeholders.
- Full-time Hybrid (3 days onsite in Antwerp)
