Job Description

I'm working with a global consultancy that is looking to strengthen their SAP team with the addition of a Senior SAP Data Migration Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established consultancy environment where you'll be involved in major S/4HANA transformation programmes across diverse industries.

You'll be a key figure in driving end-to-end data migration activities, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth, accurate and efficient migration of Legacy data into SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end data migration workstreams within SAP transformation projects.

  • Define and execute data migration strategy, approach, and roadmap.

  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure correct mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data.

  • Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure quality and integrity.

  • Act as the SME for SAP data migration tools and methodologies (eg, SAP Data Services, Syniti, LSMW, BODS, MDG, Migration Cockpit).

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants.

  • Liaise directly with client stakeholders, offering best practice advice and solutions for complex migration scenarios.


Key Requirements

  • Strong experience as an SAP Data Migration Consultant, ideally in a consultancy environment.

  • Proven track record of delivering data migration in large-scale SAP ECC and S/4HANA programmes.

  • Expertise with SAP data migration tools (eg, SAP BODS, SAP Data Services, Syniti ADM, LSMW, Migration Cockpit).

  • Strong knowledge of anaytics tools such as PowerBI

  • Solid understanding of SAP Master Data and Transactional Data objects across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics.

  • Strong data management skills, including cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • Hold a British passport
