We are seeking a Business Application Consultant with a strong background in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to join a cross-functional team dedicated to enabling digital transformation and operational excellence across global supply chain processes. This position plays a key role in the design, implementation, and support of SAP EWM solutions within a large-scale, enterprise IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP EWM in alignment with business and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Design and optimize warehouse processes including inbound/outbound delivery, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Configure EWM components such as Warehouse structure: storage types, bins, sections.
• Configure EWM components such as Processes: inbound/outbound, warehouse tasks/orders.
• Configure EWM components such as Tools & frameworks: RF Framework, Labor Management, Slotting & Rearrangement.
• Integrate EWM with SAP S/4HANA, TM (Transportation Management), and QM (Quality Management) modules.
• Execute system testing, UAT, and ensure solution performance under realistic business conditions.
• Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for end-users and key users.
• Provide post-go-live support, monitor system health, and proactively suggest process improvements.
• Analyze warehouse KPIs and propose automation strategies such as wave management and cross-docking.
• (Optional) Utilize ABAP debugging and enhancement frameworks for solution customization.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Proven experience with SAP EWM on S/4HANA, including hands-on configuration and solution design.
• Familiarity with RF devices, the Warehouse Monitor, and SAP Fiori apps.
• Several years of professional experience as a SAP EWM / WM Consultant, preferably within the engineering, manufacturing, or logistics sector.
• Solid understanding of logistics execution, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical thinking, solution orientation, and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse, international teams as well as independently.
