Contract Opportunity: Senior Salesforce Project Manager - Retail Sector Hybrid (Amsterdam)

I am currently recruiting for a Senior Salesforce Project Manager to join one of our key clients in the retail industry on an initial 12-month contract.

This role will be instrumental in leading a strategic programme of improvements across the client's Salesforce environment, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, from planning through to execution and deployment.
• Oversee enhancements across multiple Salesforce products to support business transformation goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Manage timelines, risks, and resources effectively to meet key project milestones.

Candidate Requirements:

• Extensive experience managing full lifecycle Salesforce projects.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex programmes on time and within scope.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 12 months (initial)
• Location: Hybrid - Amsterdam (on-site presence required at key project stages)
• Start Date: June/July 2025
