SENIOR SALESFORCE PRODUCT OWNER

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Salesforce Product Owner for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in the EU. Our client is a global company in the construction and industrial materials sector.
On-site in the UK: Join the team 1-2 times per month, with each visit lasting a minimum of 3 days (2 days travel + 1 day in-office) to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with the UK team.
Requirements- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role, within a Salesforce environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products, features, and capabilities
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Product Owner) are highly desirable.
- Experience with data management, reporting, and integration within Salesforce is an advantage.

- Work collaboratively alongside the existing Salesforce Product Owner, acting as a key component in the team to ensure a unified product vision and seamless integration of ideas into a single, coherent strategy.
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for Salesforce solutions, aligned with business strategy.
- Gather, analyse, and prioritise requirements from stakeholders across departments, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Own, manage, and prioritise the Salesforce product backlog, making decisions on scope and sequencing of work.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and other delivery team members to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality solutions.
- Facilitate regular backlog refinement, sprint planning, and review sessions.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and adoption of Salesforce features and enhancements.
- Champion best practices in Salesforce usage, data integrity, and user experience.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and oversee the rollout of new features, providing training and support as needed.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends, recommending improvements as appropriate.
- Resolve issues and blockers quickly to keep product development on track.
