Senior SalesForce Developer - Sales Cloud - LWC - Apex - Dynamics to Salesforce Migration

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join a remote project, initially for a 6-week engagement, with strong potential for extension.

The successful candidate will be technically strong, confident working independently, and able to take ownership of their own development and solution design, with support and oversight from a Development Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement robust Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Work across Sales Cloud, developing and enhancing functionality to meet business requirements.
• Take ownership of technical design and development activities, with guidance from the Development Lead where required.
• Support the migration from Microsoft Dynamics CRM to Salesforce, including data, functionality and integration considerations.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, ensuring solutions are maintainable, secure and performant.

Essential Experience

• Strong commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Excellent hands-on experience with Apex and LWC.
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud.
• Experience working on Microsoft Dynamics CRM to Salesforce migrations.
• Ability to independently manage technical design and development tasks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently within an Agile delivery environment.
• Experience developing Salesforce solutions for mobile

Contract Details

• Duration: Initial 6 weeks, with potential for further extension
• Location: Remote
• IR35: 450 - 500 Outside IR35
• Start: Immediate/candidates available at short notice preferred
