We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the management, optimisation, and evolution of our Salesforce environment. This role will be instrumental in supporting our commercial, operational, and financial teams, ensuring that Salesforce meets complex business needs at scale. Working cross-functionally with stakeholders across multiple departments, you will design and implement robust, scalable solutions that streamline operations and enhance the user's CRM experience, with a particular focus on the business's Salesforce CPQ functionality.
Job requirements- A strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and core functionality including roles, profiles, record types, Flow Builder, Lightning components, and data modelling.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
- The ability to be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Are based in the UK within commutable distance from London or Ipswich. You must also be able to occasionally travel within the UK or internationally.
- An understanding of payments technology (for example utilizing APIs for connectivity to third party services such as payment gateways, open banking service providers, etc).
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) is preferable, with other certifications such as Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder being highly desirable.

Primary responsibilities- Maintenance of all core Salesforce administration activities.
- Full ownership of third-party applications integrated with Salesforce (such as Account Engagement, Precursive and Ironclad), including their configuration, user access and vendor management.
- Conducting regular audits to maintain data quality, eliminate duplication, and ensure system integrity.
- Maintaining custom objects and data models to support changing business processes and reporting needs.
- Taking ownership of the configuration and performance of Salesforce CPQ, including the development and management of CPQ assets such as Product Rules, Price Rules, Guided Selling configurations, Lookup Queries, and Contract generation.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards tailored to stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
- Track and report on critical KPIs such as pipeline value, conversion rates, quote generation speed, and forecast accuracy.
- Leading requirements gathering sessions, document technical specifications, and deliver solutions that improve process efficiency and scalability.
- Managing and delivering cross-departmental projects with clear milestones, user testing, training, and change management planning.
- Continuously evaluate current-state processes and recommend improvements aligned to industry best practices.
- Maintaining clear documentation of system configurations, process flows, and user guidance materials.
- Providing internal training sessions, onboarding workshops, and update briefings for system changes and new functionality.
- Managing change control processes including sandbox testing, release cycles, and deployment management.
- Monitoring system performance and ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits, data policies, and internal governance standards.
- Representing the platform in any Centres of Excellence, steering committees, or change advisory boards as required.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to translate business needs into actionable Salesforce solutions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams.
