Senior Sales Operations Analyst - Northern Cluster (Endoscopy)
Work Model: Hybrid (office-based with flexibility to work from home)
Reports To: Commercial Sales Operations and Pricing Lead
Role OverviewThe Senior Sales Operations Analyst is an individual contributor supporting the UK, France and Nordic Endoscopy businesses within the Northern Cluster. The role provides advanced commercial analysis, insight, and business judgement to enable informed, data driven decision making by country and cluster for Sales leadership.
This position combines strong analytical capability with solid commercial understanding with the ability to translate complex information into clear insights and recommendation with concise communication. It is expected that you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, proactively shaping and supporting sales and commercial decision making.
The role reports to the EMEA ENDO Commercial Sales Ops Lead.
Key Responsibilities- Partner closely with country and cluster Sales leadership (including Cluster BUD, Business Unit Managers, Regional Sales Managers, and NKAMs) as a trusted Business insights partner.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and commercial recommendations, highlighting commercial risks, opportunities, and implications for sales execution.
- Develop and maintain deal models, customer P&Ls, waterfalls, and scenario analyses to support pricing, contracting, forecasting, and planning activities.
- Deliver ad hoc and recurring analyses covering customer performance, profitability, forecasting, AOP, and planning.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports, primarily using Tableau, with exposure to Power BI within the broader analytics environment.
- Provide regular KPI updates and analytical input for QBRs, SLT materials, and other business reviews.
- Maintain and enhance analytical tools and reporting assets in line with Sales Operations standards, proactively identifying opportunities to improve decision quality, efficiency, and commercial impact, and enabling stakeholders in their effective use.
- Demonstrate practical use of GenAI and automation tools to improve efficiency and insight quality.
- Provide analytical input during customer facing activities (e.g. tenders, negotiations, QBRs) as part of the broader sales team.
- Support FP&A and FinOps through performance dashboards, price impact analysis, and forecasting insights related to commercial performance and incentive monitoring.
- Liaise with programme delivery teams to monitor implementation progress and highlight risks or issues.
- Work closely with the wider Sales Operations team to streamline, standardise and improve reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years in Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, Finance, or a related analytical role.
• Proven experience building and interpreting deal models, customer P&Ls, waterfalls, and scenario analyses in a commercial environment.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau; working knowledge of Power BI.
• Demonstrated ability to move beyond analysis delivery to insight generation and commercial recommendation, with strong business acumen and sound judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analysis to non technical audiences.
• Deep understanding of customer economics, pricing and contracting dynamics, and sales decision drivers; experience in MedTech or healthcare is strongly preferred.
• French, UK or Nordics Market preferred.
• Experience with GenAI tools and automation in an analytical context.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Proactive approach to generating ideas and solutions for developing meaningful and innovative tools for future value.
• Demonstrated competencies in strategic thinking, global perspective, customer focus, analysis, planning, execution, relationship building, and influence.
