What You'll Be DoingAs a key player in our acquisition team, you will:
- Proactively engage mid-market prospects by dialling inbound PPC leads and contacting existing O2 business customers
- Conduct effective research to deliver credible, high-value customer conversations
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to close
- Present Aerial Direct with professionalism, energy, and passion
- Deliver compelling commercial propositions tailored to customer needs
- Confidently position multiple networks-with O2 at the forefront
- Run engaging virtual meetings and solution presentations
- Showcase strong mobile and telecoms knowledge to build trust and authority
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and sales records
- Build lasting customer relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business
- Uphold compliance, industry regulations, and ethical sales standards
- A confident, persuasive communicator with excellent remote selling skills
- Strong organisational abilities and accuracy under pressure
- Natural relationship builder and credible sales professional

- Proven success in business development or B2B sales
- Track record of hitting sales targets and KPIs
- Experience self-generating leads
- Understanding of business telecoms would be advantageous
- Strong mobile product knowledge
