Senior Sales Compensation Strategist

DocuSign is seeking a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst (P3) to drive the global compensation process and manage end to end setup for eligible employees in Xactly Incent. You will own commissions calculations, audits, and inquiries while collaborating with Sales Operations, Finance, HR and Legal to ensure accurate participant setups and plan mechanics.

This role reports to the Manager, Sales Compensation and is a hybrid position with in office expectations.
