Job Description
Job Overview 
Senior Reward Analyst - an integral part of Centrica Energy Trading (ENT), responsible for delivering the reward agenda and leading key reward projects that support business objectives.
Contract12 month secondment / Fixed term contractor position. Flexible work arrangements available, including part time options. UK location with travel as required.

Accountabilities- Accountable for a variety of reward projects relating to critical reward programmes, including benchmarking, market insight, business unit reward reviews, incentive design and policy changes.
- Provide direction and guidance to Centrica Energy Trading on annual cyclical programmes such as bonus, base pay reviews and collective pay agreements.
- Partner with the business to understand business challenges in relation to reward frameworks.
- Take accountability for defining scope and securing the right resources for key projects.
- Ensure relevant business and HR stakeholders are identified and engaged.
- Influencing and guiding stakeholders to a solution with the wider Centrica reward strategy in mind and the ability to integrate across the business.
- Responsible for end to end implementation of key projects and initiatives.
- Fully own key reward items within the broader HR plan, ensuring the wider Reward team is engaged as appropriate.
- Act as the escalation point for complex reward queries.
- Maintain awareness of external trends and recommend solutions or actions.
- Ensure the Centrica reward offering is supported by appropriate governance, policies and processes, transparent, equitable and compliant with local laws and regulations.

- Experience working in the Financial Services or Trading industry.
- Knowledge and experience of reward practices including job evaluations, market data, salary structures, terms & conditions, incentive design and benefits.
- Proven experience owning, leading and delivering significant HR/Reward change.
- Experience developing plans to deliver projects and managing to completion.
- Understanding of how to review and develop ideas to solve reward related issues.
- Experience partnering within a complex business environment.
- Experience working in a matrix environment.
- Experience working in a unionised environment (desirable).
- Graduate level education or equivalent experience.
- CIPD qualification desirable.
