Senior Reward Services Manager Hybrid UK

BT Group is seeking a Work & Reward Senior Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Reward and People Services across BT Group, directing multiple specialist teams and achieving service excellence.

You will oversee annual pay reviews, bonuses, benefits, pensions, and complex sales incentives, plus immigration, global mobility, TUPE, and organisation management, partnering with senior stakeholders.
