About the Role:
As a Senior Manager, you will lead client projects across a wide range of reward and performance topics. You'll play a key role in advising UK and international organisations on their reward strategy, incentive design, job architecture, regulatory compliance, and broader people-related challenges. In addition to technical delivery, you will support business development, team mentoring, and the evolution of new service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead reward consulting projects from scoping through to delivery
- Design and develop engaging reward strategies, job architecture frameworks, and incentive plans
- Advise on evolving regulatory topics such as EU Pay Transparency
- Benchmark pay and benefits, and develop total reward solutions including wellbeing and recognition schemes
- Build and maintain client relationships at a senior level, acting as a trusted advisor
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and support decision-making
- Contribute to internal capability building, mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge
- Take ownership of commercial outcomes, proposals, and negotiations
- Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging issues
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a reward-focused role within consultancy or a corporate HR setting
- Strong technical knowledge of reward strategy, compensation frameworks, and market practices
- Business development mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and grow client relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive, analytical, and adaptable approach
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and developing others
