Job Description

The Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer will be:

• Leading and developing the residential conveyancing team in Reading
• Managing a varied caseload from instruction to completion
• Driving business development and networking initiatives
• Enhancing client and agent relationships across the region
• Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative culture

The Successful Applicant

The Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer should be:

• A solicitor or equivalent with 10+ years PQE in residential property
• Experienced in handling complex conveyancing matters independently
• Skilled in business development and client relationship management
• A confident leader with mentoring experience
• A proactive communicator with strong written and verbal skills
