Senior Residential Property Solicitor

We are proud to be working with a respected and progressive law firm seeking an experienced Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join their well-established team in Telford.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Leading and inspiring a team of Conveyancers, Paralegals, and Assistants to deliver outstanding service.
2. Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion.
3. Building strong relationships with clients and a reliable network of referrers.
4. Taking full ownership of departmental operations, including resource allocation, timekeeping, and team development.
5. Shaping the department's growth through strategic planning, training, and collaboration with other teams.
6. Bringing your vision to life with full support and resources provided.

What We're Looking For:

1. At least 5 years' PQE or equivalent as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancer in Residential Property.
2. A natural leader with a proven track record of managing and mentoring teams.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. A proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated professional with a passion for success.
5. Ambition to build and shape a department, leaving a legacy of excellence.
