You'll be joining a global, specialist consultancy focused exclusively on the Yardi platform, supporting leading real estate organisations worldwide. Role Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Yardi residential implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements from discovery through to go-live.
• Capture and translate business, accounting, and operational requirements into effective system configurations.
• Oversee data migration, testing, cutover planning, and rollout activities to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide ongoing support and advisory services, including troubleshooting, configuration, and process optimisation.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Act as a subject matter expert, supporting client adoption and long-term value from Yardi solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to knowledge sharing.

Role Requirements

• Proven experience delivering Yardi implementations within a residential real estate environment.
• Strong understanding of property management systems, accounting processes, and operational workflows.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager and related residential modules (e.g., RentCafe).
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail.
