Senior Reserving Actuary - Strategic Leader (Hybrid)

NACBA is seeking an experienced reserving actuary to own the reserving function across Lloyd's and London Market classes. You will lead quarterly reserving, review analyses, and present results to senior management while driving governance, documentation, and automation initiatives.

The role also involves mentoring junior actuaries, supporting regulatory reporting, and partnering with underwriting and finance to shape portfolio strategy.
