The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery, a landmark in Liverpool, seeks a Reservations, Groups and Event Sales Office Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage high-revenue group bookings, and coach the team to deliver exceptional service.

You will lead with Opera knowledge, coordinate with Sales and Revenue teams, and ensure timely responses and contract processing to maximise hotel revenue and guest satisfaction.
