Salary £24,570 per annum (depending on experience) pro rata

As an Energy Saving Trust call centre adviser, you will be the first point of contact for SMEs seeking expert advice on energy efficiency, low carbon heat and renewable technologies.
What you'll do- Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed call quality standards
- Respond promptly to enquiries via helpline and email, accurately recording and tracking interactions
- Maintain high data quality and support colleagues in providing expert advice
- Work closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure a seamless customer journey and proactively follow up on key targets
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in written and numerical tasks
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Experience of using administrative, tracking and reporting systems
- Background in roles that support team operations
