What it's about
Our Product Marketing team works on the entire spectrum of editorial content such as pitchbooks, due diligence questionnaires (DDQ), request for proposal (RFP) responses, and client reports.
In this dynamic landscape, we're seeking an exceptional specialist to join our team. We welcome applications for positions available across our global offices in Zug, London, Munich, and Singapore.
This role involves taking ownership of the periodic reporting and RfPs for a suite of our evergreen (including listed) products, writing and editing content for RfPs and evergreen reports, ensuring timely publication, and owning these client deliverables.
You will work closely with Product Marketing Leaders across our asset classes, leveraging thematic content for our evergreen RfPs and reports, guiding and educating (more junior) Content Experts in the content production process, coordinating and signing off translations of English reports into other languages, and driving automation and standardization of reporting processes by leveraging technology.
You will also manage a broad stakeholder base, building bridges between investments, clients, portfolio management, and operations.
What we expect
- Top academic credentials and an advanced business or finance degree (e.g., MBA)
- 5+ years of experience in the financial/asset management industry, with responsibility for reporting content such as client reports and RfPs
- A strong understanding of public and/or private investment markets, with the ability to summarize investment performance and developments
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory) and other European languages such as German (preferred)
- Previous leadership experience is desirable but not required
- A passionate, motivated individual capable of handling high workloads and delivering error-free work
- Eagerness to drive innovation within the organization
- Willingness to work in the office at least four days a week
