Job Description
Senior Relationship Lead / Senior Client Partner - Career Transition & Mobility

This role is responsible for converting new business, expanding, and retaining key clients.

Reporting Relationships:
  • Enterprise Sales Director UK
Location:
  • Remote, with occasional visits to the London office
Languages:
  • Fluent in English
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Generate new clients for LHH CT&M through strategic prospecting and collaboration with marketing and SDR teams.
  2. Partner with an Account Manager to maintain and grow existing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and service expansion.
  3. Retain 100% of existing contracts, negotiate and secure new contracts prior to expiry, and obtain internal approval for commercial terms.
  4. Utilize Salesforce proficiently for activity logging and forecasting.
  5. Collaborate across teams globally to ensure consistency and identify improvements.
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience selling customized talent solutions (HR, talent management, coaching, assessments, change management, workforce transformation).
  • Skilled in various sales techniques including face-to-face, social selling, and large presentations.
  • Experience selling across multiple business lines within large financial organizations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead sales initiatives, influence virtual global teams, and implement successful strategies.
  • Experience prospecting and hunting for new business over large territories.
