As a Senior Rehabilitation Assistant, you will provide personal care to residents, supporting with bathing, eating, toileting, mobility, and leisure activities. You will act as a key worker, building meaningful relationships with residents and their families. You will also participate in formulating and maintaining individual electronic care plans, with relevant experience in this area.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Undertaking formal supervisions of junior staff, requiring experience in this area
- Monitoring residents' physical and mental well-being at all times
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and legal requirements such as Health and Safety, COSHH, and care standards
