Senior Referral Clinician - Lead Child Health Referrals (Hybrid)

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Bank Senior Referral Clinician to join the Single Point of Access team in Guildford. You will prioritise complex referrals for children and families, providing expert clinical guidance and safeguarding-focused decision-making within a multidisciplinary team.

The role is based at Wonersh House, Guildford, offering 9am-5pm hours with four weeks of in-person training and potential hybrid working thereafter.
