Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and role qualification through to candidate sourcing, offer negotiation and placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted adviser on hiring strategy, salaries and market conditions.
• Develop new business through targeted calls, meetings, networking, referrals and proactive candidate introductions.
• Source, interview and assess candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases and direct headhunting.
• Manage multiple live assignments, ensuring a high-quality experience for both clients and candidates throughout the process.
• Support and mentor junior consultants, sharing market knowledge and helping improve recruitment standards and performance.
