Location: Colmore Row, Birmingham

Hours
  • Full time, permanent
  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (shift patterns between 7am and 6pm)
  • Work from home x2 days a week
  • Enjoy reduced hours during school holidays

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Midlands team, based in central Birmingham. Supporting schools across the Midlands with their SEND recruitment needs from Nurseries to Colleges. If you want to work with the best, build lasting client relationships, and feel genuinely valued-this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Bring your ideas to the table and help drive our branch's continued success
  • Working with a large client base - many of the schools nationally work exclusively with Axcis Education
  • Using sales, business development and marketing techniques and networking opportunities to attract business from client schools
  • Driving business development through relationship building and outreach
  • Visiting schools and deepening client engagement
  • Finding, engaging, and placing brilliant educators in the right roles
  • Using social media, headhunting, and networking to build talent pools
  • Managing applications, interviews, references, and placements
  • Using our Salesforce system to track progress and keep things moving
  • Supporting schools with sponsorship opportunities
  • Act as an Ambassador for the Group's ESG strategy and demonstrate this through a commitment to adopt, promote and comply with ESG policies, developments and initiatives
Who We're Looking For:
  • Proven billing experience in education recruitment
  • Full UK driving licence with access to a car (desirable due to client visits)
  • Strong communicator with a consultative sales style
  • Organised, resilient and self motivated
  • A natural relationship builder and team player
  • Driven to exceed targets while staying true to ethical business practices
