We're looking for a commercially driven Principal or Senior Consultant to help ignite our Canterbury growth story.

What You'll Be Doing Business Growth & Client Development- Driving new business across Canterbury
- Building relationships with new clients and developing long-term partnerships
- Securing quality job briefs and growing Scitex's presence locally
- Collaborating with our team to further open up local sites of businesses we already service
- Managing roles end-to-end where appropriate
- Partnering with our awesome Talent Team when beneficial to maximise delivery
- Ensuring every process reflects professionalism and quality
- Helping establish Scitex as a recognised Christchurch recruitment partner
- Growing your personal profile and our brand locally
- Engaging in industry groups, events and networks
- Sharing leads, insights and opportunities across the business
- Supporting national collaboration and growth
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales or talent acquisition
- Strong business development capability and commercial drive
- Confidence building relationships at all levels
- A collaborative mindset
- Digital and technology savvy
- Energy, resilience and ownership
- A desire to build better Mondays for others
Experience in engineering, scientific, manufacturing, food, agriculture or professional sectors is beneficial, but not essential.
