The Role
Our client is experiencing outstanding growth and is looking for an ambitious, experienced recruiter to join their welcoming and outgoing team of 16.
This 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant position involves delivering on the whole recruitment process including account management, headhunting talent and building great relationships. There will be an emphasis on sales and business development, you will focus on building your reputation within the contract or permanent IT/ Digital market to create lasting partnerships.
Their central office in Amsterdam encourages a sporty, energetic and positive atmosphere, and has a putting green and a basketball court outside which they often use lunch times.
Experience
- A proven track record of billings within the Dutch market and at least 1 years 360 experience (sector experience not needed)
- Fluent English and Dutch required
- Must have right to work in EU
- Exceptional communication skills, offering support and guidance to colleagues
