About the RoleWe are currently partnering with a leading organisation to hire a Talent Attraction Partner to join their Sales Recruiting team in Dublin. This is a dynamic, hybrid role that blends hands on sourcing with data insights, market intelligence, and operational excellence. This position has a strong focus on data driven talent attraction, leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights and market analytics to influence hiring strategy and outcomes. You'll play a key role in building high quality, scalable talent pipelines while enabling a strategic and insight led approach to hiring.
What You'll Be Doing- Talent Sourcing & Engagement (approx. 30%): Source, engage, and assess top Sales talent (Manager to Enterprise Executive level); build and maintain strong pipelines across sourcing channels, including direct outreach, referrals, and applications; partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver high quality candidates.
- Market Intelligence & Insights: Conduct in depth market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent benchmarking, focusing on the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland); track talent movement, hiring trends, and compensation data; provide actionable insights to support hiring strategy and workforce planning.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up to date pipeline data across CRM systems; leverage tools such as Excel, Tableau (or similar), and LinkedIn Talent Insights; build dashboards and reports to support data driven decision making; drive a strong focus on analytics and sourcing effectiveness.
- Employer Brand & Activations: Support recruitment campaigns, events, and employer branding initiatives; track ROI, pipeline generation, and engagement metrics; ensure clear internal communication and visibility of Talent Attraction activities.
- Enablement & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to training sessions and knowledge sharing initiatives; identify opportunities to optimise sourcing strategies, tools, and processes; support the development of scalable, best in class TA practices.
- 5+ years' experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent intelligence (ideally in house rather than agency).
- Proven experience recruiting for Sales roles at Manager to Enterprise Executive level.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting within the DACH region.
- Fluent German (preferred) OR strong experience hiring in the German/Austrian market.
- Strong expertise in data, analytics, and market insights.
- Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, CRM systems, Excel, and dashboards (Tableau preferred).
