Senior Real Estate Cost Manager - Dublin (Hybrid)

Hollis in Dublin is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to drive our Cost Management service in Ireland. You will own real estate projects from feasibility to completion, build trusted client relationships and collaborate with Project Management and Development Monitoring teams.

You'll cover pre- and post-contract cost management services, turning technical data into clear, commercially focused advice and guiding fees, billing, and WIP throughout projects.
