Senior Rail Civils Package Manager - Hybrid (Oxford)

Advance TRS in Oxford is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex rail and civils packages. You will manage end-to-end delivery, from surveys and design to enabling works and construction, across a hybrid Oxford site and occasional Swindon meetings.

The role requires coordinating with clients, contractors and designers under NEC4 Target Cost contracts, with a focus on cost, programme, safety and quality. Strong governance, procurement and assurance experience is essential.
