Senior Quantum Scientist - Hybrid UK

IonQ in the UK is seeking a Senior Quantum Scientist to join the UK Science team in Oxford, with the option to work remotely a few days per week. You will validate and optimise performance of our quantum computers and design, code, and run experiments on trapped ion qubits.

Applicants should have a PhD in physics or related field and a strong background in quantum control, calibration, and benchmarking. Collaborative, publication-minded scientists are encouraged to apply.
