Senior Quantity Surveyor: Commercial Lead & Negotiation

Farrans (Construction) Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support project leaders in delivering high standards of service, managing contract administration and risk, and driving profitable outcomes across the project team.

You will lead on subcontract commercial matters, prepare monthly financial statements, manage variations and work packages, and ensure compliance with Farrans policies while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships on site in the UK.
