Job Overview

Senior Quantity Surveyor managing NEC commercial activities for construction projects in Newcastle.

Qualifications

A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related construction discipline is expected.

Extensive NEC contract knowledge and practical experience are required.

MRICS, MCInstCES or an equivalent professional qualification is desirable.

Candidates approaching chartered status may also be considered where they have strong relevant experience.
