Senior Quantity Surveyor Hampshire Coast (Hybrid) £60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits Permanent

Ceto Talent are supporting a leading engineering consultancy that is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing Southampton team.

This is a genuine Senior / Managing Quantity Surveyor opportunity where you'll lead projects, mentor junior team members and help support the continued growth of a successful regional team.

Working across education, healthcare, defence, coastal defence, commercial and public sector projects, you'll take ownership of commercial delivery whilst building long-term client relationships and supporting future work-winning activity.

What you'll need

• MRICS qualified or actively working towards Chartership within the next 6-12 months
• Strong Quantity Surveying and Cost Management experience
• NEC and/or JCT contract knowledge
• Experience leading commercial delivery on projects
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Background within consultancy, contractor, infrastructure or building sectors
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach

What you'll be doing

• Leading the commercial delivery of projects from inception through to completion
• Managing cost plans, budgets, forecasts and reporting
• Administering NEC and/or JCT contracts
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors
• Contributing to bids, proposals and business development activities
• Ensuring successful project outcomes across cost, quality and programme

• Salary £60,000 - £70,000
