Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Civil Quantity Surveyorto join our team and support the delivery of major infrastructure projects across the Midlands and Munster regions. This is a key role within our commercial team, offering long term career progression and the opportunity to work on impactful renewable energy and water treatment developments.

About the Role

The successful candidate will take ownership of commercial activities across multiple civil engineering projects. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and managing tender submissions
• On site measurement and verification of works
• Managing subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments
• Monitoring project costs, budgets, and financial reporting
• Overseeing material procurement and cost control
• Supporting project teams to ensure commercial and contractual compliance

You will be involved in a diverse range of civil works, including:

• Substation and grid route packages on solar and wind farm developments
• Wastewater treatment plant redevelopments, focusing on civil infrastructure
• Additional civil engineering works across energy and utility sectors

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering
• Background in energy infrastructure or water/wastewater projects is highly desirable
• Strong commercial awareness and contract management skills
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites
• Full driving licence (company van provided)
