Senior Quantity Surveyor

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be based in Dublin with a growing project management & cost consultancy with serious growth plans for the years ahead. Having become very established in the market the team is led by directors with experience in the industry and keen on leading innovative ways to take projects through their life-cycle. This team thrives on client challenges and finding ways to unique solutions to improve cost efficiency and time-line.

Ideally you will be a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a relevant degree pathway, think Bsc Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Economics etc. This role would be suited to a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 5 years experience as a minimum. In terms of project experience you will be working on data centre development, construction and design. Working on these elements from an M&E perspective would be highly advantageous for this role. Chartered or working towards chartership would be highly sought after. In terms of actual duties, being comfortable in a client-facing role is essential and experience/examples of this on previous projects will be sought for in interview. Other aspects such as reports, estimates, tendering and final accounts can all be expected to be encompassed in the role.
