Senior Quantity Surveyor Birmingham
Salary: £61,000 - £68,000 + car allowance
Salary: £61,000 - £68,000 + car allowance
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a Highway project in Birmingham. This project includes road improvements, new bus stops, and enhanced bus and cycle routes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead commercial reporting & client applications
- Manage NEC contracts (Option C preferred)
- Provide leadership to the commercial team
- Build strong relationships with clients & site teams
- Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor
- 5 Years+ experience on Heavy Civils
- Strong highways / infrastructure experience
- Proven NEC contract experience (Option C ideal)
- Strong commercial, reporting & communication skills
- Leadership / mentoring experience
