A leading highways and infrastructure organisation is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of Highways maintenance schemes on a four month contract. Based in Huntingdon with hybrid working available, two to three days in the office, this is an excellent opportunity for a commercially strong professional who can add value from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management across multiple maintenance schemes
• Manage valuations, variations and final accounts
• Provide cost forecasting and financial reporting
• Oversee subcontractor procurement and administration
• Ensure compliance with NEC contracts and manage risk

What They Are Looking For

• Proven Senior Quantity Surveyor experience within Highways or civil engineering
• Strong NEC contract knowledge
• Confident in managing maintenance or term service contracts
• Excellent commercial and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently and hit the ground running

Rate is dependent on experience.
