Senior Quantity Surveyor - Structural Alterations Expert

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor specialising in structural alterations to join a leading contractor in Hertfordshire. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will manage commercial aspects across multiple projects, control costs and capture variations to keep projects profitable.

The ideal candidate holds an HNC/HND or a degree in Quantity Surveying, with experience in construction and cut-and-carve schemes.
