Senior Quantity Surveyor - NEC Expert, Stakeholder Lead

Careys is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial (Quantity Surveying) team in West Cumbria. You will manage stakeholder relationships and provide clear commercial support to project and site teams, including budgets and KPIs, while ensuring contract compliance and effective change control.

With 5+ years in a QS role and NEC3 contract knowledge, you'll drive procurement, subcontract management and robust reporting, mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to
