Senior Quantity Surveyor - NEC Contracts (Hybrid Leeds)

LONG O DONNELL is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Leeds to lead NEC contract delivery on a major infrastructure project. You will work on client-side advisory, manage NEC 3/4 contracts, and oversee cost plans, tenders, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.

The role is hybrid (2 days on site) with a senior-level focus on strategic contract delivery and expanding NEC capability across major projects.
