Job Description

O'Neill and Brennan is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a Tier 1 principal contractor, located in Leighton Buzzard. You will take commercial ownership on large education and healthcare schemes, including a £450m+ first project, with extensive subcontract management and post-contract duties.

The role requires proven experience on major public sector projects, PCSA and post-contract exposure, and strong cost control and reporting abilities.
