Senior Quantity Surveyor - Hybrid, Strategic Cost & Risk

AtkinsRéalis in Belfast, Northern Ireland, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on diverse education, commercial, industrial, and aviation projects across the UK and NI. You will ensure targets are met, manage risks, and support project controls while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires a BSc in Quantity Surveying (or similar) and ideally RICS chartership, with experience in pre/post contract duties and JCT/NEC contract environments.
