Senior Quantity Surveyor - High-Speed Rail Project Lead

EKFB, a joint venture delivering HS2 civil works, is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for the Milton Keynes-based Commercial team. You will lead cost control, prepare variation accounts, monitor progress, and issue valuations and final accounts for main and sub-contracts.

You will provide contractual guidance, ensure compliance with contract requirements, and contribute to the project's commercial success alongside a small team.
