Senior Quantity Surveyor - Healthcare Development Lead

Tier 1 Irish Main Contractor in Wexford is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management on a healthcare development project. You will oversee procurement, valuations, variations and cost reporting, reporting to the Commercial Manager and guiding junior staff.

You will contribute to strategic cost control, risk assessment and contract administration, with strong opportunities for progression within a Tier 1 environment in Ireland.
