Job Description

O'Neill & Brennan is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Galway team. You will lead cost control, commercial reporting, and financial management across multiple projects while mentoring junior surveyors.

Manage contract documentation and procurement, evaluate tenders, and drive Variations/claims handling in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with site teams to align budgets with programme delivery, ensuring compliance with Irish regulations and ISO/IMS standards.
